I know I saw the donut image on FOX6 Twitter and I was hooked.

We know we are going to stop in at Mike's Chicken and Donut bar for some amazing donuts at breakfast and then some delicious chicken at lunch.

Winter Avtivities in Lake Geneva

It's winter in Lake Geneva and even though it is cold enough to make old bones glad to be next to a fire, its not cold enough to snow..38 degrees and cloudy..yuck. And like David Curry over at Geneva Lake Front Realty who doesn't like the gray weather either, we can't wait for the lake to freeze over and enough that ice fishing and other winter fun abounds.

A few things that jumped out at me from this extensive list:

• Mikes Donuts and Chicken sounds like a place I need to visit. 
• Scoops Ice Cream is on the list of places to visit too!
• I could do the 10.2 mile Pike Bike Trail to get ready for visiting the above two. Not a bad excursion for the family either.
• I think the kids would love to take a ride on the Kenosha electric street car.
